Anyone know this person or persons? Sad...
PUYALLUP, Wash. -- Two people have been killed in a fiery sports car crash in Puyallup.
Officials say a sports car was speeding when the driver lost control early Monday morning, smashed through a metal fence and went airborne about 100 feet into the side of a building.
One person was ejected from the car and died at the scene near the intersection of 112th and Canyon Road East.
The other person was trapped in the burning car and died. Witnesses who attempted a rescue were driven back by the heat.
Firefighter Jack Andren of Central Pierce Fire and Rescue said the fire burned the outside of the Summit View Clinic medical building before it was extinguished.
Investigators said the Nissan 350Z was going about 100 mph when it hit a guard rail while making a sharp turn.
The names of the two people who were killed have not been released.

These stories are getting more common these days.
People please keep it on the track and quit risking innocent people's life. I know we bought these cars to go fast, but there is a time and place for everything. If you have a passenger in your car, there is no need to be speeding like this. It is one thing to kill yourself, but why must you take others with you. My best wishes to the friends and family of the driver and passenger(may you RIP).

I was actually talk to my dad about this kind of **** this weekend. Even if an accident isn't your fault, I feel the Z is pretty small and is out of sight for a lot of drivers on the road. Anyone ever consider getting a very discrete roll cage just for safety when driving and not even tracking? I've considered it but never really researched it

If you think about this wreck, 100 feet airborne?? what were they trying to accomplish? Was it a freak accident where the driver fell asleep and this is the result? I'd like to hear more on what happened, plus bursting into flames FTL

Here's the latest update:
Spokesman Ed Troyer says the car, an orange Nissan 350Z, was registered to a Parkland car lot. The two men were associated with the lot.
"The car was pancaked down as it landed so it was fairly well squished," said Keith Wright, Pierce Co. Fire Asst. Chief.
Firefighters found a gun in the debris. Pierce County Sheriff Deputies have taken the gun as evidence
Witnesses estimated the car was going at least 100 mph when the driver lost control at a turn. It left 191 feet of skid marks and went over a curb and through a metal fence.
The gas tank was ripped open and the car caught fire as it flew 85 feet through the air into the Summit View Clinic.
One exam room in the medical clinic was damaged and the rest of the building had smoke damage. It's expected to reopen in a couple of days.
