Simple questions.........1) How long would you wait and 2) what would you do if you bought a product from one of the vendors in Marketplace but they didn't deliver as promised?

1. Unless it's made-to-order, it should take no longer than 7-10 for something to get to you from anywhere else in the US
2.
a) Email / PM the vendor regarding your issue.
b) If they fail to give you adequate answers, I'd call your CC company and dispute or if you went through paypal then file a complaint.

+1...I think that would be my tolerance also. I would be asking a lot of questions directed towards that vendor and anyone else that made purchases via that vendor to acquire any information possible. Best wishes brother, hope everything works out!

That is bigger then any part you can ship for your car! Unless your throwing on some 30" rims and tires on the Z! HeHe! Would love to see a photo shop of that now that I think about it! LOL!

Thanks. Tried emailing and calling but can't get a hold of the shop now that I've paid. I filed a complaint with the state Attorney General and my credit card company.
It sucks having most of the gear you paid for but can't install any of it because you're missing a couple of components!!

So after filing a complaint with both my credit card company and Washington State Attorney General, I finally received a response from the vendor. Jeremy told me he "missed" my emails and phone calls because he was in Puerto Rico and then proceeded to blame all the shipping problems on his suppliers. I suppose his story is a possibility and I want to give him the benefit of the doubt, however, he then sent me an email (Sept 10) stating that he had the serp belt in stock and would "overnight" it to me. It's now Oct 1 and I still haven't received the belt.
Without my consent, it turns out the credit card company temporarily charged back my entire purchase amount....you know that's what finally got his attention! Unfortunate the transaction had to go down this way but I warned him what I was going to do when it became apparent that I was getting screwed.
The Attorney General just called me this morning and read his reply to my complaint. He stated that he has delivered everything promised in his ad and "gone out of his way" to fix the situation. Why can't this guy admit he made mistakes and actually fix them instead of lying or making excuses? Where's the serp belt you promised? I intend to set the record straight on this vendor because all I ever expected from him was to deliver the advertised products that I paid for...and he still hasn't!![](https://my350z.com/forum/images/smilies/icon06.gif)
On Ebay, he would've received negative feedback that would alert other buyers.
