Help with buying this 350z
So im wanting this 06 350z 70k miles on it 4 owners with a nice carfax, was serviced well and maintained well. The guy im trying to buy it from is asking 12,000USD. The interior is clean, little damage one of the nicer interiors ive seen in used car sales for 350z's.
Has some cosmetic damage on the outside, scuffs on the front bumper and a pretty large drift stitched hole in the back bumper (i can get over these cosmetic things for a low milage well maintaned car..)..
Its a black base model, 06. He's added mods to it Kansei toku wheels + tires
Z1 intake
z1 rear toe arms
z1 wiper delete
a wing
and some coilover mods.
My question is does this devalue the car below the 12k mark and should i be worried about buying a modded car?
70k miles is nice, 12k is affordable for me but i want to hear your opinions on the matter. thanks for your time.

As always, I suggest buyers pay for a professional assessment of the mechanical condition of any car they are serious about buying. This is a separate written report from what a dealership provides and be prepared to pay $200-300 for it. It's the only way to really know what you're buying, and what extra cash you'll need on hand to bring the Z back to optimal condition.
