Here is my buddy's 545i with the v-sxx. I need to learn how to make borders.
He is my other buddy's GSX-R 750. He wanted me to take a few pic, but I "had" to ride it to the spot where I took the shot.

not true. you can do a lot with the kit lens. 18-55mm is a good range. did most of my earlier rig shots with the 18mm range and all my earlier pics of alvin's 350z were from the kit lens. i do like the 28-135mm though (like it so much i have 2 of them). that's the one i keep mentioning to alvin. someone's selling it for $250 on craigslist right now. might be worth checking out.

yeah, the range is limited on the 18-55mm (basically no zoom), but it's an awesome lens for macro shots and car meets.

I *never* use the 18-55mm lens. I use the 50mm f/1.8 II, 55-250mm canon & tokina 11-16. I would rather move up closer or move back further with the 50mm lens and get much better shots than the 18-55 kit lens. I know I'm missing a pretty broad range, but I think I'll pick up the 17-55 f/2.8 eventually instead.

Nice pictures Tito & Ernie!
Ernie, looks like your photo skills are moving up fast :d very nice on the Gixxer!
I like my kit lens, it's light and easier to carry around. I do want the 28-135mm but not right now since I need to save money - not spend it ! lol
