Anyone going to the Seattle motor show this weekend? Is it wortth it? I used to the London motor show every year and been to the Geneva show a couple of times. I'm curious as to how the Seattle show will compare!

I'm going Saturday afternoon with Colin.
The Seattle auto show is ok. We typically don't get a whole lot of interesting things since it's before all the big shows, but it's fun to go wander around and check it out. Most of the exotics are upstairs, Ferraris/Maseratis are downstairs in the middle section. There's some kit cars from Factory 5, and generally a couple race prepped cars. Nothing really super fancy, but I go so I can get a good look at some of the cars (such as the challenger) that I like but have no interest in buying and don't want to have to talk to a salesman.

I went to a Nissan event there yesterday morning and got to walk through. There wasn't a whole lot to see here, but some new mainstream stuff I hadn't seen on the street yet.
Things I found interesting:
-a ZR1 that is not roped off.
-The suzuki frontier rebadge
-the size of the Challenger RT
The Ferrari/maser/lambo/bentley section is a repeat of previous years. Chrysler was the only company that tried to put on a show. So, if you like Chryslers, you'll have a great time. I didn't check out the exhibition center portion. Based on the 80% I saw, I would suggest staying home.

Yeah, seeing the Challenger in person was something I didn't expect. It is enormous - I guess that's the only way they can justify the term "muscle" car?
