Default cars at PGP 7/21

I did a track day at the new kart track at pacific raceways on my sister's STi. It has an AEM intake, magnaflow exhaust, and tuned by MPS, put down 314/346 on their dyno. here are a couple of vids and a pic:

$105 per car? Also, isn't that supposed to be a go kart track?

He said $105 per driver, not per lap. It's for the full day.

there's one on the 10th, go look in the 6spd nw section for more info (its not posted yet, he usually sends out emails to those who did a previous day, then if it doesnt fill up, he posts it up on the forum). i won't be going to that one though, but hopefully the next one (if they do one)

oh and the price went up to 125 to hire track workers, before it was just volunteers (volunteers are hard to find...)

Awww man Slavik... I can't believe that you didn't mention this to me and Peter. We went down to PGP last weekend to do walk-on laps w/ thier karts, we did the South and North configurations but not the whole track. It was a blast, made all the indoor karting places look like a joke. Now I can't ever go back to them w/o feeling I'm getting ripped off.

Was there any timing done? Did you happen to note your top speed? Were you deep into 3rd on the front & back straights?

Antione (black S2k) will be there on the 10th. He's trying to get me, Peter and Bill to skip work and go. After seeing your video, I'm closer to commiting, hopefully there's still a spot if/when I do.

Nice vid BTW.

well i emailed the link to peter, and just before i was about to send you the pm, i saw the post saying it was full, so i quit spreading the word there...

the plan is to have one about every 2 weeks (from my talk with the people who fronted the money) as long as there is interest. they need 25 people each time to keep the price where its at.

i'm planning on making the one after the 10th...

I did the Paypal payment for whole day on August 10th. It went through, does that mean I'm registered for the event? Doesn't seem to be anything on the August 10th thread on 6speed that indicates that it is full at this time. Will they be contacting us via e-mail w/ information about the event?
