>>>>>>>>>>>>>CARS AT PGP (kart track) August 24th<<<<<<<<<<<<<
well it threw a rod bearing. my mechanic wanted 2k to fix everything for me, which is pretty reasonable i the vw mechanic is totally legit, i just don't wanna pay that much for something i could do myself, if i had the time that is. i have a friend who's uncle and cousin are both build vws a lot, and worked on my car once before, so i need to talk to him and get their contact info and see if they wanna do it on the side. if i can pay 800-1k and have it done in 3 weeks that'd be cool. i just don't trust many people to work on my cars, so i don't want just anyone to do it. i'm hoping to have it done by early october. maybe not in time for one of these kart track days, but at least in time for fall and winter so i can park the g.
