Default no more ffr gtm, got this instead!!

well the manta sold for a good price and is gunna be off to switzerland come monday. kind of decided against the ffr gtm due to various reasons, but still wanted to have a cool car now and not have to wait to build it.
i bring you, MR. BADASS

these are the dealer advertising pics (those familiar with my photography skills can appreciate why i am using them instead of my own!) but it was delivered yesterday. the sound from a cammed, headered, open exhaust is SICK from this thing. makes ya jump on start up. the off idle torque is disgusting and i have yet to get past 1/4 throttle. it will get some drive time in this weekend if the rain holds out.

polished hre wheels, front brembo brakes (biggest rotors i have ever seen btw) custom interior, and a bunch of motor mods. yes, it IS the bees knees.

don't know alot of history on the car. has the venom 650r stickers, but not all the full venom 650r parts. i can tell from the sound of the cam, it is not stock for sure. headers, throttle bodies, full dual 3" exhaust have all been done. appears the car had a supercharger before and from the ***** of rubber in the rear wheel wells, the guy before liked to go fast, lol.
my guess is that the motor was sent (or the whole car) to hennessy and upgraded to the 650r stats. the valve covers have "venom power" engraved on them, i am sure you can only get them from a hennessy engine build.
i'm trying to hunt down the previous owner to find out more. dealer knew almost nothing.

in 97 they had all forged bottom ends. they can handle 1000+rwhp with a little headwork and stock internals. this isn't like the VQ35! lol
i think the supercharger kits for these stop around 800rwhp. in other words, the motor would have hardly been working hard, haha. i need to do some tests on the motor an get an idea if the bottom end is already lower comp. hate to do a full tear down right now though just to take a look at it. no overheating, no smoke, idles rough, but that is due to the cam, so far it seems fine to me.
