yes it is. i used to see it around all the time in federal way/auburn. not sure how that hummer is "lol" worthy though, being as those wheels and tires are worth more that the blue book for our cars. not that BALLIN' rims are my steez, i'm just sayin...

Just because something is expensive, doesn't mean it can't also be ridiculous.
The Hummer makes it on two counts. First is the Hummer itself, second are the wheels.

 

Hummer is designed and intended to be a off road machine.........sadly these H2, H3's are wossified versions of the real HMMWV......but dispite their off-road design intent...... homos love to make them chrome wheeled/spinners and ghey street machines.

sorry, i haz no love for that style at all.....so dammn ghetto, its rediculous...
