Yes he can, but if its not a full race setup you should seriously consider Osiris, you can't beat it for stock like driveability and user friendliness. There's not much a standalone can do that Osiris isn't capable of in the hands of a skilled tuner, I've personally seen rides tuned with it up to 600 whp, Lawrence has tuned over 700 with it (on the east coast)
