Recently I order some painted eye lids for me Z $103 from http://www.jmautoracing.com/ , I order it in Pearl white and when it get here was plain white.....the seller refuse what they did wrong and won't take it back for repaint or refund. Finally after the argument they agree to refund $85 which I pay $103, if you don't want to get screw over don't trust this site.

Umm, No, I shipped the product back to them, then they refund me $85 after they recieved it.
And yes, the code is PPW, stock colors....

 

i ordered a pair of sideskirts from them branded extreme dimensions they where shorter by an inch of the oem ones i called and got my refund minus shipping costs. i had to destroy the sides though

 

The color code for PPW is "QX1".. So as I understand it, you didn't give them the color code.

With that being the case, they still should have asked you for it before spraying them.

At least you got most of your money back.

I did tell them it PPW, bought it online, and the color code PPW is in the invoice too.
They said it not their fault because they send the product from NY where they locate at to a paint shop in CA, then send it to me. So they blame on the shop in CA.....
Btw I just got the money back today and only $50.....gonna call them again

 

why wouldn't you tell them the actual color code?

 

I had a similar experience with them trying to order some greddy parts. Live and learn I guess.

 

I did, I told them QX1.....it on the invoice as PPW

 

I had a bad experience with them too. They are shady. Horrible communication and customer service.
