my friend had a similar incident like those deer pics but with a cow in his silverado. he hit it doing about 75, cow smashed through the passenger side cop said he was lucky.

no i have no brownies arvin and i was not high, i was gonna smoke when i got to the scenic spot...

anyway i went to SCD collision yesterday and i was quoted at $1,700. the parts were like 300 and everything else was labor....

the most expensive part is i think the headlight housing which is cracked...


so if i claim this on insurance is this goin to affect my premiums?

actually they work, its just that the housing is cracked where the mounts are...

ive heard the housing is in between $400-800

if i go the insurance route which i porbably will, allstate wont replace the whole HID setup, thats what SCD said since they are a body shop for all state...

they will only replace the housing

yeah.. that road is kinda dangerous... i almost hit a cow once.... I did stop in time.. we stared at each other for a bit... and the damn cow started to charge toward the car!!!

was it because my car is orange??? i had to quickly steer around the cow to avoid any collision....

good luck with your car... and eat more brownies...
