Now you know why Richmond is bankrupt. I would have paid it if I knew the money would have been used to fix the potholes on richmond parkway.

Werd. Man, one of them going up the grade towards Hilltop Drive is
real deep... and it doesn't look like it'll ever be fixed (I've been living in this area for over 2 years and that deep a$$ pothole has always been there)...

It is unlikely that a cop doesnt show up... because they get paid overtime (from what i heard) but yes, your case is dismissed if they dont show up...
