My friend currently got his twin turbo and he wants it professionally installed. We both live in San Jose and are currently looking for a shop that knows whats it doing. Any recommandations and prices perhaps? Thanks!

 

Z car garage they are very good but are a little pricey.

another option is to go to scott perfomance.

Going rate seems to be from $2k-3k. I believe z car garage is closer to $3k. They do great work though. I talked to them over the phone and they said they pull the engine out to install the kit.

 

Yep. I'd go ZCar & talk to Rob directly (He usually answers the phone anyway). They've already done a few installs/tuning of this kit. Some of these kits are owned by a few members of this site which I'm sure they'll chime in once they see this thread. yup z car garage all the way. They have done numerous APS TT installs and are very familiar with the Z. Install should be around 30 hours or so. But u wont be dissapointed. They did my greddy install and no complaints.

 

me and my friend are gonna go to z car garage and see if we can make a deal (see if we can get under 3K...thats a lot of money and he just bought the kit so hes broke lol) but thanks for all the feedback guy!

 

If you go w/ Zcar you won't be disappointed. I will be glad to give you or you friend a ride so you can see what quality they do. Im right around the corner from them. Its worth the price, I have had 0 problems so far and Rob & Vince know their **** to put it that way. My kit is tuned and I have 7k miles on it.
