Default Lookin' for a good shop to install APS TT!

My friend currently got his twin turbo and he wants it professionally installed. We both live in San Jose and are currently looking for a shop that knows whats it doing. Any recommandations and prices perhaps? Thanks!

Z Car Garage seems pretty popular...how much will they charge to install the kit? Anyone know? Thanks!

Going rate seems to be from $2k-3k. I believe z car garage is closer to $3k. They do great work though. I talked to them over the phone and they said they pull the engine out to install the kit.

Yep. I'd go ZCar & talk to Rob directly (He usually answers the phone anyway). They've already done a few installs/tuning of this kit. Some of these kits are owned by a few members of this site which I'm sure they'll chime in once they see this thread. Tell him you were referred by this site or you can shoot my name in there if you like (James). Good luck!

yup z car garage all the way. They have done numerous APS TT installs and are very familiar with the Z. Install should be around 30 hours or so. But u wont be dissapointed. They did my greddy install and no complaints.

If you go w/ Zcar you won't be disappointed. I will be glad to give you or you friend a ride so you can see what quality they do. Im right around the corner from them. Its worth the price, I have had 0 problems so far and Rob & Vince know their **** to put it that way. My kit is tuned and I have 7k miles on it.
