Default Prices$$ on new 350z tourings??

hey guys, how much would be considered a good deal for a new '05 touring 350z 6spd with navi and leather seats? my friend is trying to find a good deal and the best they gave him otd was $37k at capital nissan and $36k at stevens creek.

$34,5 w/out navi at stevens creek.

i believe these numbers seem rather high but some feedback would be great.. thanks

are these prices OTD? if not, then it sounds MSRP. I'm sure they can come down some by now. Try Falore, they had a bunch sitting outside.

Check edmunds.com

They have a TMV pricing quote that indicates approximately how much people in your area (based upon zip code) should expect to pay (and you have to choose the options accordingly). Also listed is invoice and MSRP pricing next to the TMV price.

Go to boardwalk nissan if u want to negotiate in person. But if u really want a good deal then rather than going to dealearship to dealership, do ur homework on the MSRP prices for every model Z along with its accessories. Then fax local nissan dealers the information that u have. Tell them in ur fax that u know what the MSRP is, u know the invoice price, u know about the dealer cost of the car, ect......leave ur #on the fax and someone will call u if they want ur business. This is what i did and i got my 03 touring 6sp for $32.3. dealer cost was 31.5 but again i faxed over 20 nissan dealerships in cali.
GO to this website..it tells u great tips on how to get the best deal on a car. http://www.carbuyingtips.com/
