yes online the phone probably does go for under 300 and thats with a new service plan and a 2 year contract, so if you want to get a new service plan and sign a new 2 year contract i suggest you go for it, because with me your buying it outright without an extra service plan and without an extra 2 year contract. I can easily sell this on ebay for more, so i will not budge with the price. Thank you for your inquiry.
