Default Anyone have aftermarket Y & Test Pipes?

Wondering if anyone local had aftermarket Y and test pipes/HFCs. I want to hear it in person and see if it is too loud for me.. Anyone? Or any opinions?

Not that I am in the CA area but...

I have Helix Test Pipes and TopSpeed Y-pipe and it is raspy and annoying under acceleration. During cruising it sounds nice but the slightest throttle given it gets raspy. I would suggest going with Hi-Flow cats....I bet it sounds way better.

I have no problem showing you my setup... topspeed header, helix testpipe, topspeed ypipe, and topspeed exhaust.

05 Nismo,
Since your PM box is full I have to post here....

I have almost the same exhaust setup as you. I am planning on getting the Top Speed Exhaust in the next month but would like to hear some sound clips if you have any. If you have them please email them to nkroger@gmail.com or send me a link to where I can listen to them at.

Do you have alot of rasp or rattling sound under acceleration? I have it real bad between 2000-3000rpm and then again anytime I give it any gas to accelerate. I do not really like the sound but was hoping with the Top Speed Exhaust it would go away some.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Nick Kroger

05 Nismo,
Is the topspeed a 3" exhaust? Where are you located? Maybe we can meet up tonight.. I'll be installing my spacer!! I'm just not sure if i want to stick w/ my exhaust setup and get an aftermarket Y and test pipes.. Might be too loud for me! Plus i dunno if i'm losing too much in the low end because its 3"? I just want the most perf gain on my NA, and not too annoying and loud.

I Got Top Speed Test Pipes Sound Good. A Nissan Parts Dealer Gave Me The Hook Up And Told Me That They Would Not Void My Motor Warranty. Well My Car Fuc$ Up This Past Weekend And The Dealer Said That They Couldn't Warranty It Bc The Cats Arent On It. The Freaking Crank Pin Broke And The Timing Chain Screwed Up And That Has Nothing To Do With The Crank So I Should Still Have A Warranty But They Are Fuc$ing Me Over. Even The Parts Guy Told Me It Would Be Okay So I Didnt Worry About Taking Them Off To Get It Looked At. I Wish I Would Of I Hate Pat Peck Nissan They Suck.
