taking a guess....everyone turns off there headlights at night and disapeers while driving(disapeers like a ghost)....just a guess...probably wrong though.

 

No, a lot dumber than that. It's where you get out of the car while it's moving, 1 MPH or so, and dance a little and then jump back in. Some dumbass trend that started in Oakland.
Just waiting for someone to lose control of their car and really injure some people.

I still do not understand why people even do such a thing. I'm waiting for a vid to come out with some idiot trying to do this & end up running himself over. Well...now that I think of it, I guess now it makes sense why they say they get "stupid, dumb, retarded". LOL. Don't get me wrong...I like some of E-40's songs & the fact they are representing the Bay but stuff like that just makes us look like idiots. I wanna see them try to do that on the steep hills of SF . Can you imagine when they first made that up? Hmm...I think it'll be really cool if I step out of my car right now while it's going & dance.
