Hi Everyone,
This thread is specifically to plan out this meet that we are going to aim for in September. So help me fill out the following info so we can start the list & itinerary including the drive details!
- James
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1:30PM: #10 BirdRock View/Pictures
2:00PM: STICKS Restaurant @ Spanish Bay/Pebble Beach
3:00PM: For Second Run for the folks that like twisties, mountains, etc. To be
determined at lunch and will be made accordingly. (Multiple choices to pick from)
Notes:
A: Entrance to Pebble Beach and the 17 Mile Drive is $8.75. But...it will be no cost
for the Z Group.
B: Lunch at "STICKS" in Spanish Bay on Pebble Beach has been reserved. Has
beautiful view of the ocean, golf course, and there are multiple TV with all
different stations on to watch sports, etc. Meals are moderately priced and
portions are very generous. Please carry some cash with you.
C: If you have two way radio's, bring them, we'll be using channel 9.
Please make notation for lunch, snacks, or drinks at "STICKS" next to your name. We need to give count to restaurant ahead of time, as we are reserving a private room. "STICKS" is located in "Spanish Bay" on Pebble Beach.

MENU
Here's one of the menu's, there's multiple ones available, but these are good size portions, not like the regular portions. I know I've had the Classic Turkey and only could eat 1/2 of the meal and a young lady had the Philly Cheese Steak and could not even eat 1/2 of hers. The portions are + size. My better half and I always split a meal and we never come away hungry. This is just sample available:
One Plate Luncheon
Choice of:
Shrimp Caesar Salad
Romaine / asiago cheese / croutons
Soft Shell Steak Tacos
Guacamole / sour cream / salsa / black beans / rice
Classic Turkey Club
Fresh roasted turkey breast / bacon / lettuce / tomato
Philly Cheese Steak
Hoagie roll / peppers / onions / provolone cheese
$15.00 per person
There's lots more, just threw this in as a preview. And of course this includes items with it/them.

If we do decide to do a Monterey run, I would hope to have at least the same number of "Z" and "G35" CARS show up. If we vote to do a Monterey run, we will assist in the planning. I would also invite the ZONC and Central Valley Z club to join us.
Cast your vote and we will see what happens, before we start the planning the run. We want to make sure everyone wants to do this run.
Good Luck,

About a block over from the beach is an Infinity dealership that is no longer in use. Let me know when you decide to do the Monty meet, and I'll call the property manager over there and get permission to park our cars on the lot. This will eliminate our need for public parking and the risk of door dings and what not, since it will only be our cars parking there.
For those of you that are more adventurous, I can the lead a Carmel Valley run as I have twice before (I know the road very well, as it is the road I like to play on, heh heh heh). The road is extremely twisty through the mountains for about 30 - 40 miles (depending on the route), but it pays off with scenic views, fun curves and long streights at the end (120+ mph). It will dump out back on HWY101. We can go as fast or slow as you like. We can even have two groups, i.e. a fast group and a slow group. This road is a rural road that has very little traffic. Still, there will be the occational truck and maybe even a bicyclist or two, so good judgement and caution must be exorcised through parts of this route.

Nice!
I'll go ahead & change the first post to reflect the new info! Just let me know once you can confirm we can get that Infiniti parking lot for this event. That way, we can post up the address + directions. As soon as we get all these pinned down, we can start actually planning out the drive afterwords.

Yes, thats the one I'm talking about. It is right across the street from the park I've been talking about, seporated by a Mc Donalds. I'll start calling on the lot to see if we can use it.

Well, I want it to be in September since I maybe planning other meets in August. Since this meet will take more planning, it's better that we set this up at a later date so that it'll give enough time for everyone to put this on their schedule as well as making sure everything is thoroughly set like the location & drive.

Come on Andy, bring him with you....after allllll, I picked this date.... just for you.... (prev. note you had above). Would hate to miss the G35's. RagtopZ will attest to that one.....WS
