What kind of brunch cuisine? Elegant or comfortable? For American (and comfy), I am a fan of the Pleasanton Hotel:

it's a nice area to ride with the top down, too. You will *want* to make a reservation, though.

looking for something elegant. Doesn't really matter what type of cuisine as long as the food is good.
looking at The Terrace at The Ritz-Carlton in SF. Any other ones around like that? but not as pricy?

Come to Napa and have brunch at my restaurant, Fume Bistro. Great food, upper scale, and a Z in the parking lot.

cool, good to know. I think we're going to stay in SF this time around, but will keep your place in mind next time we head up there. Sound like a meet idea is brewing.... Early Napa drive with Sunday brunch follow by wine tasting in the afternoon!!

The Ritz in Half Moon bay. It has a nice view of the ocean and you can walk next to the golf course and relax after brunch.
