I can't speak to sales, but their service department is fantastic in my experience. What was so bad about your experience with them?

Connell Nissan in Oakland. Ask for Gary, the service advisor. Everytime I've been there, I've been treated with nothing but respect and felt like they wanted my business as a customer.

Their service writer told me that using anything besides dino oil at an interval over 3K miles would void every part of the warranty on the car, and that doing my own changes would also have the same effect, even if I have my oil analysis results. Told him to stuff it.

I'd say they same thing if they said that to me , but all the interactions I've had with Bob, the service manager at Falore have been very pleasant and 100% B.S. free. That's clearly the patronizing housewife response they gave you... very weird.
