now they are back... the bars went to zero for a few minutes... and the post ****** wont get points though... if i read it correctly its based on if the comments are helpful and productive or something... its more complicated than it needs to be...
How in the world is the forum software going to be able to determine helpful, from non-helpful? The users would need buttons to select or something if that was going to be the case.
like they used to have on zilvia...
I think they started implementing it on ratsun too though...but not like this...you cant give anyone rep for giving good info...lol
so i broke some stuff at sonoma drift tonight.
the bad
1. i went to pull off the rear wheel because someone told me it was wobbling. i noticed stupid big-o, where i got my tires mounted and switched onto my car, left my damn hubcentric ring for my spacers on when they removed the spacers. the rings aren't meant to work with my wheel so the mounting face of my wheel wasn't actually in contact with my hub and instead was smashed onto the hubcentric ring crooked. apparently when they were putting the wheel on they couldn't figure out why it wouldn't center so they just screwed it on as tight as they could so when i went to take it off the lug just snapped as soon as i put a bit of weight on it. definitely going in there and raising hell till they buy me some new lugs that I'LL put in and some free tires or something. so pissed!
2. vlsd's suck and today mine died. i could feel it not locking up mid-drift. drained some fluid out just to check it and it was grey as a beautiful river of glacier runoff with hella chunks of stuff in it.
3. on the last run the ebrake cable finally snapped. i knew it was inevitable after reading some reviews, so whatever. but then right after that the clutch got stuck half engaged. i didn't notice and roasted the hell out of it. i could feel it slipping like crazy on my drive back home. felt like i was driving a ka24 all over again.
hopefully i'll be able to work my butt of over my 3 week summer break (fml) and be able to go hydro, get a 1.5-way, and clutch.
but in the end, i really did have a lot of fun. when i got settled in and she was running good it felt wonderful.
