yeahhhhhhh
hahahah. i put that 18g turbo on it, and a bunch of ish went wrong. oil disappeared, wastegate stuck, tune was crappy, motor went boom!

haha hopefully my engine won't go boom too soon. i have the rev limiter set at 6300 to make sure it's safely below the red zone.
edit: junkster - about 7 or 8 events on the vlsd. i think the 275 potenza's i was running caused extra ware and tear. too much grip for stock stuff i guess.

Pretty sure I am. Not a fan of how long the dang thing is but unless there's ever going to be a run in the sierra's, this is gonna have to do.

Well, the flyer says departing 10am from Truxel/I-80 area and Curtis said in the official post that ETA in Truckee is 5:45pm (so probably at least 6pm). After that you either head back or stick around for dinner and head back. I'm probably doing that second one, and he said they are too and he's estimating back in Roseville/Sac area around 10pm.
I know it sounds like a long day, and it is, but you also have to remember it's not constant driving (otherwise we could be in Seattle after 12 hours lol). There's a lot of stopping for photos and food and such.
