Yup on "show nights" it can be a PITA to find parking. The last time (after circling through the parking lot for 30-40 mins) I ended up in the parking lot behind The Fountains (where we were pre-staging). Business park parking lot.

I guess I didn't realize, while the car show maybe takes up 50 spots (and thats not counting any slots for support vehicles) .. the other part of 1st Fridays takes up 100-150 parking spaces. That means parking becomes a challenge if you arrive later in the evening.

Truth be told, i think it will be quite some time before it is just as cheap to mod a 350 as it is a S Chassis though...

Regardless of how much you can find 03's for that are in decent shape, they are quite a bit more money mod IMO....

I think this weekend. My friend hasnt been able to drive up to sac like he originally planned. But my mom is leaving for like 9 days to go to hawaii so i think im going to take her prius and just make the drive to San Jose this Saturday so i can pick it up and install it...

you didnt notice it wasnt in the show on friday? haha the studs stripped and ruined my lugs in the process.. luckily i have some extra lugs...

There was quite a few open spots too, i wish i would have came at 5pm! meh...maybe next time...

well i bought a whole VLSD pumpkin with the input shafts still attached, so technically there are no other "parts" Its a direct swap...

But usually u can cop a VLSD for about 300-400...I got mine for 250 picked up though

 

not til next year man... but lollicup and eurosunday is on the 24th!
