Dude I live in an awesome place for that, I had my amp up so loud at 11:30 last night my ears were bleeding! 5150 if your a badass on drums we should maybe get together, I'm finishing up a demo on sunday and then I'm going to be looking for people to play the stuff live. It's hard to describe but its definitely progressive hard rock/metal but really melodic too. I have about 9 songs ready. And Jeremy, if you are a badass on guitar or bass and want to commute lets start a band of ALL 350Z drivers!!!

^^^^ That band reminds me of Soilwork mixed with Scar Symmetry.
I've been drumming for about 3 years now. Taught myself everything basically.
Now I'm at the point where if I listen to a song just a couple times I can play it pretty well. Haven't had too much experience playing with others but that's probably the only way for me to get any better at this point.
And I normally play newer metal. For example I attempt some August Burns Red songs

i made a mess ooppss
i cut up my hand and had a scab on my elbow that i ripped off working on my car. there's blood all over the engine bay and my interior hahaha
looks like i'm going to have to cut a section out of my hood to make space for my new brake lines since the shop didn't have any 90 degree fittings in the size i needed and i can't relocate the abs block :-/

Max G, I'm not even lowered, I'm stil riding on stock oem. Truck coming close to me and ditches on my right, I spotted the skunk in the middle of the road late. I have no other choice. All I heard after spotting the darn thing was a "CRUNCH", shuttered...& after a seconds I almost choked to death...

Damn now you guys are inspiring me to get off my *** and start playing again. Been playing guitar off/on since 94 when I was in the Navy (all self taught), but really haven't played more than a handful of times since I moved back to CA in 2006. Mostly due to living situations but now that I'm in a house again, definitely planning to get back into and relearn all the songs I've now forgotten.
