Default Need Borla installation in East Bay

Just received my Borla dual exhaust and being mechanically challenged, I am looking for shop in the Oakland/East Bay area that can do the installation.

Any recommendations?

He's a perfectionist. I'd call to confirm he'll do it for you.

I'm sure John at Exact Motorsports in Fremont will do it for you.

Thanks for the recommendation. Did he do any of the modifications on your list?

Hey Tim.....Tim here. Wherever you end up getting your Borla installed, would you post or PM me and let me know what you think? I'm in Richmond and my wife has offered to buy me the Borla for an anny present.

Thanks!

Will do.

In addition to finding some competent shop to install the unit, I am still sifting through the other threads that seem to vary in their assessment of actual horsepower/torque gains for the Borla. Will keep you posted.

Quite the controversy we have brewing on the Borla. This is why I sit on the sideline on new products (except for buying the Z, of course) and let the dust settle. I am also considering the Nismo exhaust if the Borla HP numbers don't pan out.

.50, get the Borla!! You won't be dissappointed I promise. There are nice gains in HP & torque and losses in weight. Nice price!
I love mine.
