Hi i'm new... SO I may ask some noob questions... Just point me to a link or book and i'll figure it out...

So about me... I'm Samantha, and you can find me in the San Jose or Santa Clara area... Well almost...

I bought my Z last night (24 Feb 2008) and I love it... The downside... I am in the Army and I leave for Germany on the 4th... I know why did I buy the car... I can't take it with me... But I will be home soon... Between April and October...

I plan to put the 3M film on it to protect it from rock chips... Not doin the front like a bra... doin the whole bumper, both fenders, and the whole hood, maybe the parts of the car closest to the ground and the rear wheel arch...

Also I hate that anyone can just look into my car or trunk so im going to tint the windows...

Also my dad seems to think it needs an alarm, and i can't love without an ipod hookup... so maybe new alarm and new sound system...

Other then that I am at a loss for this car...

I just did the front bumper with film, but I did tint all the windows, including the windshield. Nice choice of colors, mine is black too.

hey samantha, welcome and nice car. There are various places that can do tinting i got mine done in fremont. i got a pretty good price on it if you need the phone number on the place let me know. If you get more specific in the mods that you want people can either show you the way or you can look in certain sections to help make your decisions.
im more than happy to help, my dad also leaves for kuwait in april for a year.

I have a place that has put tint on all my vehicles... They do good work and don't charge to much. It has life time thingy honored by 3M... But if I can't get it i'll let you know...

 

If I can get the other driver to look over... I wave... If not I just keep drivin... I saw a silver one with clear tails that popped out like ***** today... Had a wing that made it look like an eclipse though... Driver didnt look.... Bummer for him...
