Just wondered if any of you gents regularly attend the local SCCA events. I am always there and hardly see any other Z's!

 

I just got my Z and am working on getting it ready for some auto X. I need to put an LSD and suspension. You probably wont see me out there for another couple months but I am itching to get out there. I need to do some reading to know what the rules are too so I don't go all the way out there and not get to run. Im also looking to do some road courses in the future.

 

i am there with my miata, and but next event the 13th i think i might bring the Z out to see how it can do

 

where is this place at im a noob i wanna try it just got my o3 touring so far i only installed my nismo cold air intake and more to come but i really been looking forward on driving my z on the track.

next one is in oakland coliseum on the 13th if i remember correctly. if you are there at 9 you will be fine, ill prlby have my Z u can look for me, or a white miata PM me if u need help.

 

so do you need to sign up or register? tell me all the info as i told you noob. i wanna drive on a track..

 

track is different than auto cross. To get to into autocross is very easy. The track is a little harder and more costly right away.
autocross is a very good first experience. you can register once you are at the event.

I have a 06 Silverstone number 33 running in street tire. You can get a daily pass if you are not a SCCA member. See you out there!!

 

What color/year is your Z so I can look for you? What class will you be running in?

i have a 05 silverstone. i have seen your car before just didn't know you were on the forums

i don't know the class of my Z since i have only run it once. It has springs and a pop charger. what class would that be?

No idea. But if you are not running for points maybe you can run in my class so we can compare. BST1, which unfortunately is the first run group (need to be there before 7:30am )

 

With just the strings and the intake, you shoudl be legal for street touring.
