Lenient Smog place around Fremont/Union City?

I went to a few places today and they refused to smog my car because I couldn't pass visual inspection (intake)...

I don't know what the big deal is about an intake, but anyone know of a place that has "cooler" people? Thanks :P PM Me!

C.A.R.B. sticker on aftermarket intake should = no issues.
No sticker = visual inspection fail. That's Cali for you.
