Sac SCCA Auto-x -- August 9th/10th – Stockton, CA
The next Sac chapter SCCA event is coming up on August 9th and 10th (Saturday/Sunday). It’ll be held at the San Joaquin county fairgrounds in Stockton, CA. (only a short 40 min drive from sac).
Autocross is a very social sport and it would be great to see some more Z33s come out, have some tremendous fun, and compete against the clock. I encourage everyone who's ever wanted to try Auto-x to come out and participate. Everyone that’s done it before should come out and have some fun again too.
There are all kinds of different makes and models (all levels of tuning) out there running and it is cool to see what other cars/drivers can do. It’s a safe, legal, and entertaining way to spend a day or 2 out of your weekend.
No … I’m not affiliated with the SCCA marketing even tho I’m pimpin it like I am.
I'd be happy to answer any questions via PM. I.e. What do i need to bring to compete? What does it cost? What class should my car compete in? Most Info can also be found on the homepage link below.

“Don’t feel sorry for the guy in the race running back of the pack. Feel sorry for the guy watching the race and wishing he was in it.”

bump... a little over 1 week away
i have a small group of enthusiasts meeting up at the Arco gas station off of Business 80 and J St. We will be meeting Saturday at 6:50am and leave sac by 7am to make Stockton a little before 8am. Races start at 9am.
If you would like to run with a friendly group of enthusiasts (6-10+ guys assuming no1 flakes, some auto-x first timers). Most of the guys there will be s2k owners. I'd love to see some other Z's roll with us. Last time I was out in Stockton there were a handful of Z32s running.
