Default [Sacramento] Anyone have their wheels fixed by Wheel Techniques?

I've heard alot about their Santa Clara shop, but not much about their Sacramento branch. One of my Volk wheels has some curb rash that I would like to get fixed.

A friend went on my rec of Wheel Tech of Santa Clara for the Wheel Tech in Sac. He was not happy, so he got them redone elsewhere. That's the only data point I have for WT in Sac., but have had a lot of good experiences with WT in SC.

I searched for "precision wheel sacramento" and came up with 2 shops: Precision Wheel Works on Albatross and Precision Wheel on Fulton and Cottage way. Which one should I go to?
