i want to go bad!! but i dont think im going to make it...went to Angels stadium one...i hear san mateo is pretty sweet.....anbody know if they will be back in so cal or cali besides the pleasonton one this year?

 

It seems we may go, as ZCG may have a booth.

 

WATCH OUT FOR THE COPS. I told myself I will never go to another hot import nights. Last year they set you up with the cops inside the park giving tickets for EVERYTHING. The show was very small, not worth the money, and not many exotic cars to look at. My wife and I saw the hole show within an hour. We got there at 7, and left by 8:30 because we were bored. Almost everyone I rolled down with got tickets for lights, front tag, tint, modifications etc etc. Have fun.

i heard only vendors will be inside with their booths and cars- everybody else outside.....

 

I was there too, there is another one in Pomona, Ca - 8/9/09. Did you go with the 350 crew that was there? I am kinda shocked no one up here it getting together like down in socal for the show!


Thats true, if your not there for the show (music), if your not there as a
photographer or to meet the models it does get boring fast! Thats weird to hear about your friends getting tickets, I've never heard of that problem or seen any cops around after the event!

i was there last year at san mateo it was half off a ticket with a nos bottle i think

Yeah if your bring in a NOS you get 10 dollars off or if you buy a ticket online the promo code is PHM for 5 dollars off

 

as smurf said, the police is most likely gonna be in effect there, for the past couple years in the bay its been like this and just not so fun once your tires hit the street reds and blues start flashing bleh

 

or you could just no a cutie court model and get in for free!!!!!!

Hey Im from new orleans and will be heading there this weekend to check it out(vacation)

 

lol me and my GF did the same thing chris! i was trying to keep it sounding fresh with the occasional "wow look at that car" but it was only alittle before we got bored lol.

 

Yeah, after like 2 HIN's, I'm quite bored with them. There's always the same group of cars that go on tour. It's only good for afterparties really. Unless you go with a bunch of people, and plan on going to nearby clubs and bars afterwards... it's a waste.

Whatever you do, don't get there when the show opens up. You'll have to wait in line for like an hour. Be fashionably late at least.

 

I think HIN IS played out unless your there to show your car! IMHO ! I wanna see MISA CAMPO!!! but im not going ill rather hit the club! lol

 

pleasantons in july i think...anyway, ill be attending.
