First Fridays at Fountains at Roseville
Starting .. Friday, June 4 (and continuing on July 2nd, August 6th and September 3rd)
From 6:00p to 10:00p at Fountains at Roseville, Roseville, CA
The First Friday of each month will include closing main street to only pedestrian traffic for a great street fair experience with artisan booths, sidewalk sales, a beer & wine garden and car show from 6-10:00 p.m. On the stage, DJ music will entertain with a dance party led by local dance professionals.

This year (2010), I've been able to secure the 1st Friday date of - August 6th. We will be sharing the evening with the Sacramento NSX group.

When I approached the Fountains to be in the car show, my goal was to bring - Datsun/Nissan and Infiniti "nice cars" to the event. The Fountans Marketing folks agreed and decided that we'd share the night with the Sacramento NSX cars. BTW Sacramento NSX's are expecting approx 25 cars. The show area can hold 50 cars (minimum) .. meaning, Fountains security/parking will allow us to be "creative".

To repeat:
Date: 6th August
Location: Fountains - Roseville
Time: Cars must be staged NLT: 530PM (Security will have a list of names)
Car Show: 6PM to 10PM (You can't leave early)

We are looking for a few good cars that are show quality. That does not mean the car needs to be modded out with body kits and dropped, it doesn't hurt though. A car can look clean from the exterior but be heavily modded in the engine bay. It can be a restored classic from yesterday or a rare limited edition model. There are several qualities that make a car "show quality", I have only touched on a few of them. So if you are not sure you have the right stuff, then post up a pix of your car and let the community decide.

i wish i had some more recent pics of my car, its has a come imperfections but i think it is still on the entry level of show quality....

come on though i KNOW there are plenty of Z's in the area i see them all the time!

I saw it in the flesh at Euro Sunday two weekends ago. Looks very good and hopefully you will have the hatch area done by show time. Good rep of SacTown...I vote

 

btw. Spotted last night @ 5:30 pm at Pleasant Grove Blvd and East Roseville Parkway a very noice blacked out G35....if you see this post....dude you got the right stuff and sign up with pix.

Also SPOTTED this mornning coming out on side street of Sams Club to Pleasant Grove a black 350Z Nismo, he saw me in the bros red 370Z and gave the peace sign. Was hoping he would pull over so we could chat and I make the invite. So another in Sac/Roseville with show quality. If you see this post then post up a pix and sign up.

 

thanks man i doubt i'll have the cage in by then, but i do have my harness and harness bar in, 'caro's in and i'll have it all cleaned up and decorated for the show

I will believe it when I see Euge, as he can never get away from his Lolicup in Rosevillle for any event except in his own parking lot...haha
