Talking Getting my Crawford Headers this Dec 4th..

YAAAH I'm finally getting my headers in...

Just I know some people wanted to see them in person, so if you want I'll have them here probably after noon on Dec 4th and Dec 5th at the shop. Hopefully I'll be able to get it installed Dec 8-12 when Robert at www.stagemotorsports.com has time.

Otherwise those going to the track can hear them then.

You can see the pictures of the prototypes at www.crawfordzcar.com

Till then I'll be waiting for the brown truck. Have a good holiday guys!

Damn these things look like Medusas. Hey guys I'm only able to show them off for another 2-3 days. I might be in the shop on saterday working

But hopefully we'll put them on the car on Monday or Tuesday and hit the dyno. So check them out before we put them in. Robert at www.stagemotorsports.com is not looking forward to how much time its going to take to put these inheheh

hahah thats cause you guys were supposed to drop by the shop to check them out..

Its weird cause when we first put them in. (LET ME EMPHASIZE HOW MUCH OF A BIYATCH THEY WERE TO PUT IN!!!) This is not for the Do it yourselfer!!! From the fact we did it once we could probably do it twice as quick now. But Doug was not kidding when he said these were a tight fit, they really are!

First test drive with them I must say I really didn't feel any big jump in HP. Now whats weird is a few days later after a lot more miles and driving, I don't know if its the ECU or what but it really pulls now! You really notice the torque. We have been doing a lot of dynos lately but I can't release them since we are writing an article for SportZ, but I must say I'm happy with these.

After dynoing with the headers we through some TEst pipes on there. WE got some great gains in the low end torque as it seems to free up a lot of the flow. But took them off for the reason that they were TOO FREAKING LOUD!! You could probably hear me from 4 or 5 blocks away.

We just need to wrap up the ECU and the stages will be done

Anyways i'll zya later

Michelle,

I have not run the NISMO headers myself so can't really talk about those. I do know the crawford did change the sound of the exhaust. I actually like the sound change. I'm sure NISMO's and BORLA's will change the sound as well.

As far as install time you would have to ask Robert at www.stagemotorsports.com I don't think he wants to do the crawfords lol, they are definetly the hardest ones to put on. He is booked for the whole month though.

But my advice, no one try doing these without a freaking lift!!
