Great Service at Carter's Automotive
Hi guys,
I have not been active on the forum lately, or been to any recent meets/shows. But I have to give props to Chris at Carter's Automotive in Berkeley.
He installed parts on my Z, plus 30k services for my Z and Mitsubishi Endeavor with minimal fuss and time. The bill was way more than fair, and he checked up on how the cars performed weeks after the work was done. I was also concerned with some mechanical noises from both of my cars, and Chris spent hours to locate the problems. He didn't try to coerce me into paying to get them fixed right away, but told me the causes and how long I should wait before replacing the parts.
I have been to other shops that cost the same or significantly more, but none have provided consistent high quality service like Chris. His other customers agree with me on this: it's hard to find a honest mechanic, and you stick with him when you do. That's why I drive for 45 minutes to have Chris work on my car.
I'm not affiliated with Chris in any way, plus he's a one man shop. These are just words from a happy customer.
Thanks,
Derek

Just wanted to thank Chris, he helped alan86 and myself to do an exhaust swap last night. We ran in to a little trouble having to relocate the Evap on both cars and even though it was late, he was determined and took care of us.
I highly recommend Chris for your repair needs
BTW, I setup a FB Check in since there wasn’t one
