Feather River Run - June 18, 2011
Photos now posted click here: https://my350z.com/forum/northern-ca...ml#post9245208
This ZONC event is open to ALL responsible drivers that would like to join ZONC on this run and have some fun.
You don’t need a Z, or be a member to participate.
I am pleased to announce our 3rd Annual: A Day in the Sierra’s. I choose the Feather River Canyon for its beauty and just an all out fun road to drive. Difficulty of driving skills: med to light. Enjoy the breathtaking scenic criss cross over the Feather River along the beautiful roads carved through the granite canyon. In all of my travels on a motorcycle and now sports car this stretch of highway is my favorite. The highway connects to other greater highways heading north, but we are keeping on a southern route this time. The road is maintained very well by Cal Trans and provides some of if not the best sweepers in the Sierra’s. This run is not a spirited run, we are out to have fun and be safe.
Come out for a Day in the Sierra’s, the route is rated one of the best roads in California.
Curtis
One of the highlights of the run! We plan to get a group shot crossing the bridge.

RECAP from the RUN:
It was great run, made a lot new friends and caught up with some old friends. Weather was great, river was running high, lunch and dinner where excellent. Looking forward to the next run in July.
Pics will be posted up soon, been out of town and offline for last three weeks.

Sorry man, been alot on the plate this last month. This sign up list should start picking up soon!

Had a slammed 240SX last year on the run and no problems. If you are on coilovers and can adjust up I would recommend just to be on the safe side. The road is very very smooth and I have not even come close to bottoming out and I am at 1.3" lowered from stock.
Added to list...it's David right?
Yup, just need a name and car and if any passengers for head count for lunch/dinner.

Hey Curtis just got your text. I know you have me on the list, but just wanted to make sure I'm on the RSVP for Lunch & Dinner. Also, can you give any idea on approx. cost for both so I have enough cash since you mentioned cash is a must on this trip?

I hope to have the new price menu for lunch posted up this weekend. Dinner prices are staying the same.
The menu from last year is here: https://my350z.com/forum/northern-ca...ml#post8446601
50 should do it for both.
