Any interests up Sacramento way to head down south into the valley region and attend an old times real dragster rally? You could even haul your stuff down a 1000 yd track , skillfully pitting your driving skills against another Z.

Tentatively on 8 Oct 2011., there will be a repeat of the May 21st turnout where over 200 cars came to strut their stuff and do their best at what they do best! Race. At the last event, there was a lone Z there showing the Z spirit and he received great auduience applauds and cheers.

The North Valley Reps of ZONC are currently talking with the coordinators down in Orange County and expressing that the Z runners of Nor Cal are up to an event of this caliber. It's about 65 minutes south of Modesto as the Z flys.

More news to follow up on the ZONC web site as this date becomes closer and dates and event are confirmed.

A carravan from your respective areas can precordinate and caravan down I-5 to this hostoric old Air Base and see that there is much to do in the Valley. attached is a short photo op of the last event down there.
