Vossen - VVSCV3 on a 350z

Vossen - VVSCV3 on a 350z
So I've been considering getting new wheels and found these amazing Vossens. I'm just not 100% about them fitting on my 2007 Z.
I know our bolt pattern is 5x114.3 but are there any limitations in terms of offset that could cause these rims to not fit?
The tires I would get are 255x30x20 fronts and 285x30x20 rears.
Considering their size, I'm also not sure if I would even have to lower my car...this is the FIRST mod I'm looking at doing on my car so any other random advice is much appreciated.
