I actually seen this happen to some girl at the gym before... and she was brave, got right back on and fell right off again
ok it's mean to laugh... but then again

the funny things is that she was still trying get back on and one of the fitness instructor came over and shut off the treadmill and ask her to rest for a few minutes before trying to get back on
