Just found out that there is a huge Import Night meet tonight in Santa Clara, corner of El Camino and Lawerence, starting around 9pm. I'm gonna go check it out with some friends of mine. Anyone else want to meet me there? It would be cool to have more Zs! Apparently last time there were about 150 cars. Never been to this meet, but I'm curious, so I'm gonna go check it out. Hope to see some of you there!

 

I've got to pull a motor around 8:00 in San Jose, if I get that done in time (and it should only take about 20 minutes) I will come on by and check this out.

They said it is going to be in the Starbucks parking lot (is that the same parking lot?) Suppose to be a big lot, I figure it will be pretty easy to spot all the ricers. They generally discourage burnouts and reving, etc, so the cops won't bother them. Just don't do anything stupid! I'll try to gets some pics of all the cool ricer mods.

 

So how was it.? I would have gone, but was at Infineon tonight.

Unfortunately my idea of "everything is already disconnected" and my buddies were not the same. Had it out be 9:15 though but got wrapped up at looking at shattered lifters and a cam that looked like it had a big hammer taken to it. That explains why I left him so bad on our last run

If this comes up again, let us know, I want to go.

The meet was very cool, must have been about 200 cars throughout the meet! I didn't get any pics (forgot the camera), did anyone else? There were about 5-6 Z's there. It was kinda like a mini car show. Very cool.

 

Let us know the next time this goes down.
