Default Found a Mod Friendly Dealership...

I found out today that North Bay Nissan in Petaluma is a mod friendly dealership. I went in to order a replacement seat and sun visor and when the service advisor saw my car.. told me that they wouldnt give me shiet for my mods if i have any problems... nice to know and wanted to pass it along.

Cool BTW, what happened with your old sun visor? Is your old one still intact?

Oh, and did you get a lot of bugs on your Z while traveling up to Pet? I always do when passing the cows, especially on the warm days

Freeman Nissan in Santa Rosa told me pretty much the same thing. They would not cover the mods, but the warranty would be honored on the rest of the car.

I haven't had to find out if that is true yet.

it was the passenger side sun visor. The service advisor told me that a lot of people are having this problem so if your material is falling apart, I'd suggest you get it replaced.

maybe that is it!
We had one of our police cars here on campus where the cop ground down the whole top of the steering wheel to metal. The car was ony a year old. Donuts do that to you I guess.

Holding the wheel so strong is just a habit I havent given up from getting rid of my FWD car. The torque steer on FWD is bad sometimes so I would always have a strong grip on the stering wheel. I thought the Zs interior would hold up a little better then it has but i guess not! They better fix this **** ocnsideirng i have had bad experiences with northbay nissan already.

Take it to Dirito Brothers Nissan in Walnut Creek. They'll fix it for you no questions asked.

See all my mods and so far no issues with unrelated warrenty claims. I am keeping the drive train stock until the warrenty runs out but so far no issues at all other than window controlers.

They will even provide synthic oil if you ask.
