Comes with Jelly Bean out of the box...extremely smooth/fast tablet. Really impressed. I'm just not using it now that i have a laptop for work =/

I'm open to offers, but would like to stay near asking price...the case + bluetooth keyboard are very nice and if you were to buy this all new it'd be near/over 300.

But i am motivated to sell...so i'm all ears
