CHIN Motorsports Sebring 05/02/09
If anyone in the Orlando area wants to get involved in an HPDE (High Performance Driving Event) I will be with CHIN Motorsports @ Sebring lapping the 12 hour course on May 2nd. Admision is free. You can pay $20 and get a wrist band allowing you to ride in anybodies car that will take you. See and drive as a passenger the famous 12 hour course. Come out and see what it's all about. Make it a club meeting or show up on your own! You won't be dissapointed. let me know if anyone wants to go. It's about an hour south of Orlando.
The car doesn't sit that low when it's not moving. The csr was in a high speed left turn which loaded that side of the suspension.
The event is all day long from 8:30AM til 5PM. But you have to be a member of the club to get out on the track and all the spots are taken for that date.
Annual membership is $50. There is a track fee for each event you participate in. I think it's $299. But you are welcome to come out and watch or ride along and decide if you want to get in on the next event.

Sorry for the late response. Spectating is free and includes entrance to the pits and anywhere else you want to go.
A wrist band to ride along will cost $20 and is good all day to ride in whoevers car you want with their permission. If you don't have a helmet you can rent it at the track. I forgot how much but it's cheap. If I remember correctly it's $5.
It will be nice to see some Z people at the track. Maybe the next time you wil ldecide to participate.
