Island Brake and Alignment...

Default Island Brake and Alignment...

Gonna get my car aligned on wed...do you have to take in the stock specs or they already have them? I'm concerned if they have the new post feathering specs....

they should have the most current specs, however you might want to bring it in just in case. I don't recall what my specs were after taking it to them last year, but I'll take a look for it. I worry more about them messing up my rims or screwing around when they test drive it afterwards.

FYI: the dealers are also suppose to do an alignment after doing the fuel hose recall (although I don't know if its a 4 wheel or just rear alignment).

Nah, the guys at Island Brake and Alignment did a great job with the Z. I had the Rays 18" and not a scratch. Had the dealer change tires for the feathering issues, and whaddaya know .

i doubt they'll honor alignment at the dealer with drop springs in, but who knows? going in for alignment today at 1, i'll let you know how it goes.


Damnit, I'm always up late to do HW but end up cruisin forums...i gotta post a pic of the stack of books i went through this semester alone.

yeah, they did a good job. I didn't notice any scratches or anything and they also happened to be the lowest cost.

Well, got it done. $90 + tax. I had them set 0 toe on all four corners to save my tires. Camber, they did as they pleased.
