Use a torque wrench to tighten it just to be on the safer side. Better to do it right the first time. good luck.......................................

when i was doing my plenum, i remember that you have to tighten it down in a certain order. kind of like how you have to tighten down the lug nuts for your wheels in a certain order.
Luck schmuck, if you tighten the bolts down too much you just need to cut the head and back it out by hand. If you cant get to it there is no tension on it so you can use a pick or some thing to spin it out. Done it dozens of times. Its simple.

I just did it by hand tightened till it was snug then just a lil bit more. Although my dumb *** left the m3 bracket on and had a vaccum leak when i first started her up. Squeling like crazy. Was just enough to finally be able to stay ahead of my buddies evo =)
