Default Best place to get car detailed.

Hey, I only have less than 11k miles on my 07 Z but the swirl marks are becoming quite apparent... One of the negatives of having a darker colored car. My brothers 03 g35 looks fine but it's white so it hides the swirls haha.

I've seen threads of cars buffed with the power rotary buffers and it makes the paint look brand new!. I know it takes skill to use it properly so i won't even bother trying on my own because i'll probably end up damaging it worse.

Does anyone here know of a good place to get my car looking like new? Also, for those of you who have the tools at home and can do my car i'd gladly pay a decent amount. Not gonna be cheap and offer 24 pack of beer because i know how labor intensive it can be . hehe lmk what you come up with. thanks.

i got an 07 as well, black, just under 12k...if your willing to do it yourself, i noticed claybaring the car brings the color back to life.
decided to take a day off from work, and baby the ride....wash and dry, mothers claybar, cleaner wax, and i forget the last wax. although some guys goes over the top with a detail job, this worked just fine for me. simple and got the job done. i recommend clay every once n a while to get all that crap out of the paint. no need to clay every month (unless you want to), every once in awhile.

the best place is capones but you can easily spend 500 bucks there on a detail job. I've found midas touch at ala moana is not especially great but they are a great deal. I just take my car to the guy who details for king windward now but thats cuz he'll detail my car mine off hours for 50 bucks.

superior detail is second to none. call pogressive audio in aiea and they will hook you up with their number. capones is also pretty good kind of over priced though.

+1, I was recommended to progressive audio as well. I haven't seen their work, but I've heard good things about them. I prefer to do all detail work myself.

The NEX (Navy exchange) is another. They did our 2006 infiniti QX56 for 200.00 Great Job and of course its 3 times bigger than the Z.
