Default FS: Seibon TS Hood (Local only) SOLD!

Hey guys, gotta get rid of my Seibon Carbon fiber TS Hood now. The Mastergrade AMS will be here next week . For those who seen my Z, has seen the hood and its condition. I definetly dont have any room in the garage for it nor do I wanna keep it anyways. There is small surface crack in the top part of the hood where I pushed a little too hard with one hand closing it over time (not realizing it). I should have been closing with two hands. I've been in two carshows locally with this same hood in same condition and uh....for those who know and don't know, I placed first, both times with this hood . Humm....come to think about it; I haven't seen this hood (TS) on a Z on this island yet but I have seen it on a G but no Z. I got it from Jim at Showstoppers brand new $750ish shipped to honolulu and also the New Mastergrage AMS Hood. If you guys want a deal on a hood and other CF products hit Jim up. I'll let this hood go $350.00 OBO. Pm me for details or negociate price or if you wanna see it....Again OBO. I just wanna get it off my car. Pics are below. LMK. I dont want to throw it away but I will if I have to. SOLD!

dont mean to thread jack, but since you have a cf hood...do you happen to know how much the stock hood weights vs the CF hood??

J, I dont have specifics/numbers I'm sure others do, but the CF hood is so much lighter and excellent for cooling purposes. No matter how long I've driven the car I can touch the hood and its never really hot like the Stock hood. The vents are functional. PM Jim at Showstoppers I'm sure he'll fill you in on the details of a CF hood VS Stock.

Bro, like anything, as long as you take care of the Hood, it will take care of you. Don't do like I did, treating it like it was stock and pushing too hard to close it. Then you wont have a problem. The clear coat for UV protection is great on this hood. Seibon makes a good product and High CF Grade. The Sun in Hawaii is intense as you know. Most products fade after time in this sun combined with ocean salt humidity but as you see in the pics this hood has kept its shine and grade plus I always throw alittle sumptin, sumptin on it to keep it that way. But its time to move on to something new and different. Its gotta go.

Always willing to negociate wit a brudda. Dogg, I'll give it away before I throw it way...I just want it gone when the other one gets here....ETA should be Wed next week...hopefully before. Ima try and sneak it on the car before the wifey sees it in the box, Maybe she wont know the difference between the TS and AMS....and the answer is No! she don't know the new one is on the way and I spent more money on the Z.

Hey, Jim...nothing but ALOHAS from us! as long as you bringing a little sumptin, sumptin with ya...just little mainland souveniors like carbon fiber hatches, splitters, hoods, diffusers, pillars, roof caps...you know.. that kinda stuff.

Bro car looks tight!!! What amazes me is we are in identical situations. I have (or rather HAD) the Seibon TS hood. Recently I was having latch issues and the hood got damaged. I saw the Mastergrade hood and said THAT'S THE ONE FOR ME!!! I will be ordering that hood very soon. Good luck with the sale.
