Default Apology (sorry guys)

Hey Guys/Gals,

I apologize for the negative posts that were posted within the last day or so. Certain things needed to be said but unfortunately couldn't be said face to face. I should not have entertained the negativity which cause more drama for the group, for which I am sorry. This should be fun, not full of drama and negativity. This is no way to start off a new club fresh, especially with new potential members reading these kinds of posts. If I were new to the forum and read all this crap, I wouldn't want to belong to OahuZ.....at all.

Its obvious, there are still the reminences of the past regime within our elements that are still loyal to past legacy, which may cause a problem in the future. I suggest we move on, move foward. Leave all this negativity and anything that relates to that behind. We'll never progress as a team or group if there is desention and animosity among the members.

Again, I apologize for entertaining and responding to the negative posts from a former leader, therefore makin a negative impact on the progression of the organization we're trying to standup. I commend you guys/gals who are willing commit your time to standing up the New OahuZ, I don't want to be the one who interfers with anything negative to undermind that effort. There are a good group of people who want to set this off, nothing or no one should stand in the way of that.

Joe

Joe, I wasnt here for what happened with Ryan, but I have read MOST of the threads. I agree that the Club needs to be continually moving forward, for that is how anything/ anyone progresses. I appreciate your candidness and the apology, but I am sure new members and future members will not let what has happened in the past (especially occurances on a forum) influence thier views on the "New" Oahu Z. You coming forward with this thread shows me the type of person I want to be in a club with. Thanks, and I will see you tonight!

Hey Joe,

We understand your frustration bro, and we know how you feel. I too would like move forward because I think we got something really good going on. I've been to other club meets and they're nothing like ours. For example you always see other car clubs with 25+ cars, but are they all talking about the same thing? No, there are small clicks within those 25. For some reason, we always have group conversations and that's awesome. It shows we all care about everyone's thoughts and concerns.

Once we roll out everyone's ideas and concerns tonight, the ball will finally roll. I can't wait to see this club grow as a Ohana.

To all the new members, welcome to the new OahuZ.......

^^^ I totally agree 100% Fishbone. Being that I am a new face amongst the group, it wouldn't be fair of me to make any judgements or have any biased opinions of who or what happened before me. If I am willing to be a part of this club for the love of the car/scene/people/ etc... Even after all this, why wouldn't anybody else be willing? You said it yourself Joe... "New Beginning", those are your intentions, all our intentions... So let's move on and do the damn thing. You comin out like this shows alot about your character. OahuZ can still be successfull, with the right amount of support and diligence... Respect is #1 regardless... Lookin' forward to seeing you all tonight. Peace.

Consider the past squashed. Takes a real man to apologize in public for his actions. Lets not bring this shirt deal up no more.

damm... I missed some sh*t here while i was gone... This is why i will still cruise in this club without a Z. Everyone (atleast most) is mature enough to find ways around all the dramas and just put it in the past. Most clubs would split up, scrap, or even ban some guys from the club.

I still remember the very first virgin meeting we had... Ryan taking full control of the club name and stickers, and Joe putting him in check.

nah nah Joe, i'm not making you look bad. I was very irritated on that first meeting and i was glad you jumped in. I'm not trying to put you down either Ryan, because you actually put a lot of effort in the club, and i didn't think you would have stuck around. Just wanted to share my first memories of the first meeting, because this just reminded me of this whole thing.
