free q-tip concert. again free concert. you will not be able to purchase any tickets for this event pre show or even at the show. just go to dig lifestyle on dec. 10 at ward warehouse and pick your wristband. this event will be featured on myspace just like the little brother concert.

maybe, i did go to the atmosphere concert though. creed chameleon was the shiznit. they're my new favorite local hip hop group. they sounded like linkin park fuzed with the roots. that show was crazy, way too much people.

 

hey kicks you should check out a local band called,"the deadbeats" honolulu. i was pretty amazed. it's like listening to slam poetry with a neo jazz flavor mixed into it. they play at jazzminds on wednesday nights.

Also, Blue Scholars will be performing at pipeline on dec 31st with opening performance by Shwayze. tickets are $35 and $45.

i dont have hook ups to the concert, but i do have hook ups to the after party, which is "said" to be at level 4. Not sure yet, but if it is, i can put you on the guest list.

 

Creed Chameleon is actually just the rapper, the band he played with is new, i've always just heard him with DJ before. I'm not a huge fan of his but I really liked the presentation with a live band. I'm not going to make Q-tip because of a Christmas party I HAVE to go to that night but you guys have fun for me. I'm definitely going to Aesop Rock though. No Regrets is like my favorite song. I'll try check out the deadbeats over break if they're preforming. Wednesday nights were terrible for me this past semester cuz I had 7:45 class on Thursdays. Man I like Blue Scholars but tickets are 10 bucks MORE then atmosphere? That's wack. Also my crazy Chinese family goes kinda crazy with fireworks on new years eve and I don't think I wanna miss that.
